Ate more carbs than usual yesterday. Was feeling guilty and worried that I ruined everything but woke up this morning and three pounds were gone. Maybe I need a little carbs in my diet? Gonna experiment some to see. I also went swimming yesterday so that may have contributed to eat, and ate more fat and calories.
