The last couple of days I've been doing really good. Yesterday I worked on my treadmill for two hours and burned 1,100 calories. I didn't go over my calorie count. I've been counting but in order to get the history I had to delete the last couple of days.
123.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
