I have been doing ok on my diet. But on Sunday we went out to dinner with the Benny's and I had dessert. I will do better today and I hope to drop more weight soon.
127.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
