I'm glad that I'm dropping more weight. We had dinner at greens and grill. That salad is gr8 but it has so much calories. Than I wanted an ice cream cone from McDonald's and I completely went over my caloric intake for the day.
131.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
