OMG!! Really. Well I did lost 11 lbs and I have running and my committment to this weight loss to thank for it! I've always love running but never built it up enough to where I could running 20-25 minutes at a time. HARDER, FASTER, STRONGER!!!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 12.8 lb a week
