I am down 4 lbs. I am very excited. I think the first few weeks was a prep phase for my body....kinda letting it know that my mind was made up and my body needs to adhere to new rules and regs!! lol Anyway, that's how I see it. I'm running for weight loss now. I read that staying within my target heart rate will butn more calories, I have done that when running and it does work. I've been able to run longer and feel better about running. I love to run! Looking forward to next weeks weight loss!!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Running is really great for weight loss. Great job on the loss and yea it can take time for the body to catch up with what we are doing. We don't always see the results of what we do this week till next week or later.
