I hit a weight plateau and this was discouraging, but it also is a hint that I need to change something else up a bit.

I was loosing weight on the 5:2 when I was eating a protein veggie breakfast and a protein veggie dinner, but now that I have been skipping breakfast and eating a late lunch (around 3) and then a dinner I have not been loosing weight. This could be the reason.

Also, I am going to add in exercise on most days, which I will log on this site. My initial goal is a 2K in 20 minutes by October 15th, and then to run in an official 5K (in 45 minutes) by spring.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
