I keep eating but not going for a couple days... it is adding up inside me. This 1200 calorie diet results in eating alot of chicken and vegetables and it doesn't seem to bulk up and pass thru my digestive system near as fast as my old foods. I bet I'll be at 167 or 166 by the weekend.
