I've been eating pretty healthy but just not keeping track of food or activity. I'm doing week 3 of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30. It seems to be going well but I often have to do the "beginner" modifications of the exercises. Pretty happy though :) I think 5 years ago I took a picture of myself in a bathing suit and I was 164 lbs but I think I was fatter back then than I am now (Yay for being 166 lbs with more muscle)
