I was on a two weeks journey
🏞️🚗 to my homeland! During this trip i was not ashamed of my stomach and i ate everything! All my moms delicious 😋 foods! Today, when i was about to check my weigh i had anxiety. Just guess what happened? I loosed 1.3 kg 😂
184.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 October 2020:
1540 kcal Fat: 45.37g | Prot: 52.01g | Carb: 233.66g.   Breakfast: Black Tea, Sugar, Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled) , Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread, Walnuts. Lunch: Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs. Dinner: Minced Beef, Roasted Potato, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked) . Snacks/Other: Lollipops, Raisins, Apples . more...
