Did the long walk last night. Met the people who moved into a house where I used to hang out with friends on the front porch, they're super nice, that's cool. Talked with nutritionist last night, she said hold the course and increase movement which is what I've been trying to do. It's interesting, since they changed the format of the rings, I'm not as fixated and I'm not sure that's a good thing. Might change the settings on the watch to put steps/calories front and center again. Don't want to lose my way.

We're supposed to go out to eat this weekend down by the beach, I'm not sure how I feel about going somewhere new. I'd rather stick to places I know right now. Is that too weird? The reason is that I know who does a good job keeping it clean and safe out front (I've worked in kitchens, can't even go there mentally, zero control) and I'd rather give them my business since we don't go out much these days.

Nice numbers, Kat! You make me want to get a fitbit thingy! I don’t think that’s weird at all. Things are so funny now, that familiar places can be a great comfort. Hope work is okay and that you enjoy your weekend. Please have a croissant for me. 💖

I'm sticking to places I know also. They're mostly family owned local businesses which I think is so very important especially now. Don't lose that workout mojo you've had going. Happy Friday to you
