Marathon complete, now back to diet. Chuffed though, as I normally put on so much more weight for the marathon.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Awh thanks guys. It's hard to drop the carbs now after getting used to eating them to run, but hey hopefully my will power will increase. Xx
