Total lost 17.8 lbs

feeling fantastic, ate too much sushi again yesterday. Also worked/walked my butt off! Big improvement in energy. Transitioning to my personalized macros for the next 6 wks. I WILL keep this off this time. Stick to the plan!!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 232.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
