It's been a week since I started again. I feel good. Water weight is down but since I've packed the scale I don't know how much I weigh now. Ill put 165 for now and record my actual weight later. I'm hopeful!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
