the weight gain has been 2 lbs .. the muscle mass is now at 152lbs .. and fat is 23% ..it has gone down from 24% .. and muscle mass has increased from before. the diet is mostly three special k bars, and then dinner with pork loin cut into pieces, and then late night cereal.
