This past week was really a struggle. Last night it took every last ounce of willpower (and I don't have much to begin with) to drag myself out of the house into the bitter cold night to go exercise. But I'm so glad I did. After class I felt that ball of stress I'd been all week dissipate a bit. Next week I hope will be better with better choices, more planning and consistency in logging food.
