I was discoraged but the scale took a dip this morning. i was determined to stay on course with my current plan but some things I read yesterday about fasting and Keto make me inclined to do a 48 hour fast and then a Keto macro plan for a week.
235.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

so far I lost 9 pounds in one and a half month according my size, I am 4.11 I use to be 132 and now I am 123 I guess is not bad
