Here I am ,two years later right back where I started,I do
bent feel good at this weight, my joints are begging me to get this weight off.........fat secret you helped me before PLEASE help. me again Thanks
240.0 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
