omg...I cant believe im to my high weight again. todsy I start the vlc psrt of hcg. I know im going to feel like crap, but a few days of suffering is better than a lifetime of being a fat cow!
279.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 109.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
