Random big gain in a very short period of time. Calories still low but diet was higher in fat that it was lat week. Going to revert to low cal low fat. I refuse to be derailed from such significant, and fast results.

Also, haven't exercised the last 2 days which might have contributed.

Grr... stress does insane things.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2087 kcal Fat: 92.89g | Prot: 56.97g | Carb: 252.08g.   Breakfast: Becel Buttery Taste Margarine, Fried Egg, Dempster's Whole Grains Ancient Grains Bread. Lunch: Rice Paper, Red Cabbage, Carrots, Pickled Mango, Cucumber (with Peel), Thai Kitchen Sweet Red Chili Sauce, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, So Good Miso Mayo, Sushi. Dinner: Coca-Cola Diet Coca-Cola (Bottle), McDonald's Fries (Medium), McDonald's Big Mac. Snacks/Other: Philippine Brand Dried Mangoes, Coca-Cola Diet Coke (Can), Gala Apples. more...

Never thought about the fat content in my calories.....gotta check that. Keep working though. Ur doing great!!! I cant wait to see my weight loss at 16lbs!!!

I had never thought about it either until this huge gain happened. I loved how fast I was losing before without starving myself so maybe it is the fat. I guess I'll find out. As for you, you're already on the right track just by knowing what you're eating every day. It'll be no time at all before you start seeing the weight slide off. Thank you so much the encouragement by the way, I needed it today. It's nice not being in this alone. :)
