Alright! Finally... I counted my calories to the T again yesterday, ran 3 miles and dropped another lb! Woohoo! It was hard, I have to admit, I felt a bit hungry at some point in the middle of the day, but as long as I keep myself busy with shopping or work or errands, I won't over snack. That is my problem - the snacking between 4 pm and dinner. One glass of wine has been ok for the past 2 days. Have Olives or Cherry tomatoes or Celery and it won't ruin my day. Also, no desert!
122.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
