Received patches yesterday. Had OMD of sausage soup with coconut oil added. Not hunhry. Still have stuffy eat but it popped this morning. Emailed doc for advice yesterday. Did a smidge of cleaning yesterday. Changed linens, folded clothes and mopped masterbath tile floor. Think I made my 15 minute goal.
238.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
