I'm really proud of myself this week. I stood up to my evil boss, and though I dread the consequences, I'm kinda relieved. Also, I avoided eating everything in the house, which is what I usually do. I've been doing better w/ the swimming and exercising. I was going to go tomorrow morning, but I'm snowed in, so I'll postpone a day.
