So ticked off at myself. I knew I should have went walking last night. I kept to the diet, but show zero progress which I believe was a result of me not exercising yesterday. I need to double up today. This is unacceptable.
236.4 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
