Just trying this out after gaining 1.5 lbs on the new WW points plus program. I've lost 230 lbs over the last 8 years and will refuse to gain it back.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
