I've cheated a few times, but still doing pretty well. Making sure that I record what I'm eating is helping me a lot. Down another pound. I'm hoping to be down one more by Thursday.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
