Ok-
I officially started the Extreme fat smash diet today even though I signed up on this site a week ago. I bought the book yesterday and went grocery shopping so today is day one of cycle one. I am planning to stick to this exactly for three weeks to see what happens. I am on my own and my husband is eating hot dogs as I type...tough.

I have been doing the "boot camp" at my health club for the past three weeks and haven't lost any weight so the coach recommended this diet.

So far today I had the egg whites and a pear when I woke up, some detox tea, three hours later a cup of berries, and now a diet pepsi. I am hungry so I am leaving to take my kids swimming--need to do something to stop thinkng about food. In a couple hours I'll have a salad, then veggies and beans for dinner. I will probably be on here a lot for support...thanks!!!

145.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Welcome! I am on the extreme fat smash also! I started last Tuesday and I am MOSTLY sticking to it....the calorie intake on cycle 1 was a bit low so I trickled into cycle 2 after the first few days becaus emy energy was so low. Keep us posted!

I am also on the Extreme diet and so far the first seven days I've lost 7 pounds. I think you'll be happy when you see your weight dropping so quickly. Good Luck!
