Yeah, yeah, I know. It's pretty frustrating. I have kept up my exercise. I'm still doing Tracy Anderson Continuity, but have to admit that I don't get the full hour in most days. Eating is the obvious culprit, and with some vacation etc., it has been a few weeks since I did two good low-carb days. Getting back on it today and back down to goal weight by September!
