Ate less than 1200 calories yesterday and dropped about 1.5 lbs.
Felt hungry at times during the day mostly, but kept busy shopping. Went to the gym, ran 3 miles, weights... feels good to drop some lbs!
124.0 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
