I ran my first 5K today! I started the journey back in July. I’ve never considered myself a runner, but it’s been a great practice because it gives me a few moments of freedom during this Covid confinement.
174.7 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
