I have been following South Beach since I lost 50 lbs on it more than 3 years ago. I've strayed a bit over the last year and can tell. Need to return to eating "South Beach"
174.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
