Seriously under ate yesterday - wasn't trying to, just wasn't all that hungry. Starting a new meal plan today. i feel like I'm on Chopped though "you can eat lean ground beef of x amount and summer sqaush - make that appitizing without adding a ton of calories or wrecking your macros - GO!" Thinking of baking the summer squash into chips, add some chilli powder, cumin, Mexican oregano, and black pepper. Fit some greek yogurt in there, some salsa, and a small amount of cheese... and pretty much make it into a nacho dish.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
