the diet of vegies and fish at night and two to three special k bars during the day seems to be working. with gym three times a week and swimming 5 to 6 times.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.1 lb a week
