Yay! 1lb to go to getting under 200! The soon-to-be-hubs says it's noticeable!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1917 kcal Fat: 81.43g | Prot: 76.98g | Carb: 147.65g.   Breakfast: dare vinta, tillamook swiss cheese, Cream (Half & Half), Granulated Sugar. Lunch: butter, Fat Free Milk, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Medium Cheddar Cheese Sliced. Dinner: zinfandel, rum cake, salad dressing, honey ham , bread. Snacks/Other: butter, orowheat, egg. more...
