I'm 47 and the mom to 3 boys (16,14, &6). My husband and I work together in our business and also farm. Which means my days start or end way past when they should. I don't always take care of myself as I should. Currently, I have a knee injury that I am trying to nurse back to health. My goal for summer 2011 is to participate in a 5K with my 14 year old (who runs cross country). I ran it in 1982...and have always wanted to return. My goals include taking off 40# and running/walking/crawling to the finish line. (Preferably the first or second of the two!) I'm looking for some buddies to help motivate, encourage and hold me accountable to getting this done.
