I'm quite pleased with the results of this diet. It is quite simple and you can eat anything as long as you don't exceed the calorie target. 20 lbs in less than a month is great.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
