It's been months since I have worked out...not because I'm lazy..just because my daily commute to work. It's like supper time when I get home and I rather spend time with my family rather than in a room that smells like sweat :) But..I ain't giving up. I hit the gym twice this week and can't remember when I scarfed down any greasy food!!
