I ate many sweets like ice cream but I did like 20 squats two days in a row but I feel my belly bigger
218.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I recommend cutting back on the sweets. Extra coffee and the doughnuts probably did it. You may have forgotten to log apple pie. Remember to log squats and try aerobics at least 15 minutes a day. Took me about 2 days to gain 4 pounds & week with exercise to lose 2.
