Whenever I’m hungry and it’s past my eating time at night, I usually jst drink 2cups of water and wait 30mins then I’m if still feeling hungry, I eat 5pcs of almond nuts or jst a cucumber

When it get near weigh in it gives me a extra push to not lower my guard and the more calorific meals I have on the first 2 days after I weigh in
