I have to get my weight under control. I feel miserable. My skin is swollen. I hate the way I look. My clothes are tight. I have no energy. I have way too small of a frame to be carrying around this much weight. I am ashamed that I have let myself get like this. I have to make a change today. I don't want to die young.
250.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 115.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
