Turtled today. Yesterday didn't eat just meat and vegetables. Did have apple, celery, walnut and avocado mayo salad. Family breakfast was bacon and pancakes.
247.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 99.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
