Hi, for the past few days I've been busy attending parties of my colleagues and family so I gained 2 pounds. Guess, I have to start my diet from scratch, well, it sound a bit disappointing though so I decided to consult one of my friends who is a gym instructor, she gave me some few tips on how to lose weight. First, instead of losing 30 pounds in 3 months, I have to take it slowly. Losing weight needs a lot of patience so it's better to lose 6 to 10 pounds in a month. There is nothing to be in a hurry when you lose weight. Remember, losing weight is easy but it's hard to maintain. Second, learn to control the food that you eat, its good to know your BMR and BMI it will help you to find out how much calories you need in your body and know your body mass as well. Best example in controlling your food is portion control. Use smaller plates than regular plates so you won't consumed a lot of food in your plate. It's an easiest way to learn how to eat in moderation. Eat more veggies and fruits and remove all the junk foods inside your pantry or food cabinet/storage. Also, stop thinking about food because the more you think about food, the more you crave or the more you feel hungry. So, the best solution not to think about food is to find a way to make you feel busy like going to a gym class, read books not recipe books or shopping, etc. Third, stop drinking sodas, or any sugary drinks, alcohol or any drinks that has a lot of calories, the best option is to drink lots of water because it helps to eliminate all the toxic inside your body. Fourth, do exercises regularly or thrice a week because it strengthens your body and remove your body fat as well. Lastly, losing weight needs a lot of discipline, motivations and determinations.
Well, guess I have to try these tips that she gave me. Hope it will help me on how to lose weight. So, good luck to me then :)
