well, back working out today. did mostly ok during lockdown but had a bad diet (can't outrun food). spent Aug not working out at all.

what a failure. gotta haley back on the horse now.. .
264.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
