Have taken myself off of flour far the most part and started having green smoothies several times a week. Not really trying to lose right now but am in maintenance phase of hcg. Have stayed off of flour (doing low carb) many times and weight hasn't droppped like it is doing now so must conclude that green smoothies are really making a difference and trying to eat raw also.
