thought it would be more... :( Oh well better than nothing.. i will keep going... at least i didn't gain and i was never reallyhungy.. so that is good. just need to exercise more..
213.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
