well its the end of week 3 and to date (last 3 weeks) i have lost 11.2 pounds. and 12.25 inches total. so i am very proud of myself. I have never stuck with something this long before, so i cant wait until next week and see my totals.
232.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 82.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
