During the last two weeks i could not follow my program. I ate😋 lots of watermelon 🍉 maybe more than 30 kg🤯. Today when i checked my weigh i got surprised🤪 to see i gained one kg. Now, i have decided🤨 to come back and move according my plan📊. Let's see what happens next week! Wish me success ✌️
190.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
