Completed 2 hours of exercise today. Walked for an hour and water aerobics for an hour. Feeling pretty good and sticking to my Atkins diet. 18 more pounds to go and I will be at my goal weight 130 pounds. Today I weighted in at 148 pounds from 159 1/2 pounds a month ago. The date I am reaching for is my 58th birthday, October 10, 2013. Ba-Zinggg!!!! :)
148.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
