Have gone up a bit this week for my love of carbs after work. I have been working out 3x week so activity is solid. Strategy is to mellow out with a sweet hot tea and fruit.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
