Yikes. 2 lbs in two days? Okay, I didn't eat that badly. Made a lamb curry (totally legal) but did have a piece of naan. What a disappointment! This is where it gets tough and I'm more likely to drop off. I just can't let that happen.
I'm totally out of my regular routine this week. Working out of the office with a few extra hours of driving everyday and not staying at home :-( I did, however, bring my lunch in so I should keep on track. I'm not really following prescribed meal by meal but eating the same foods as I would have... i.e. yogurt, fruit, veggies, hummus, chicken, basmati rice.
I hope everyone else had a more successful weigh-in than I did.
